A coastal house of rest and discovery
Littora House is set on 18 quiet acres above Aren Cove. The architecture stays low. The horizon arrives gradually. The practical things are handled before they become questions.
Come for the table, the tide, or three uninterrupted hours in a window seat. We will offer a point of view, then protect the empty parts of the day.

A note from the House
“Luxury is not seeing the effort. The reading light falls where the book actually is. The terrace holds the wind. Your luggage and parking disappear as problems.”
